Tour Plan

Day 01 Delhi → Shimla (Overnight Journey)

Evening departure by AC Volvo/Traveler from Delhi.
Overnight journey through scenic Himalayan route.

Day 02 Arrival Shimla → Narkanda

Reach Shimla in the morning.
Drive to Narkanda and check in at hotel.
Visit Hatu Peak, Apple orchards, and enjoy mountain views.
Dinner & Overnight Stay in Narkanda.

Day 03 Narkanda → Kalpa

After breakfast, proceed to Kalpa (via Rampur & Kinnaur Valley).
Enjoy views of Satluj River, forests & rocky mountains.
Reach Kalpa & check-in.
Evening visit Suicide Point and walk around Kalpa Village.
Dinner & Overnight Stay in Kalpa.

Day 4: Kalpa → Nako → Tabo

Start early.
Visit Nako Lake & Nako Monastery.
Proceed to the surreal landscapes of Spiti.
Visit Gue Mummy Village (subject to road conditions).
Reach Tabo & explore the 1,000-year-old Tabo Monastery.
Dinner & Overnight Stay in Tabo.

Day 5: Tabo → Dhankar → Kaza

Visit ancient Tabo Caves (if open).
Drive to Dhankar Monastery, dramatically perched on a cliff.
Optional: Trek to Dhankar Lake (season & fitness dependent).
Continue to Kaza, Spiti’s district HQ.
Check-in & relax.
Dinner & Overnight Stay in Kaza.

Day 6: Kaza → Hikkim → Komic → Langza → Kaza

Full-day exploration of high-altitude villages:

Hikkim – World’s highest post office
Komic – One of world’s highest motorable villages
Langza – Famous Buddha statue & fossil hunting
Enjoy Spiti’s grand landscapes, snow-capped peaks & unique culture.
Return to Kaza.
Dinner & Overnight Stay in Kaza.

Day 7: Kaza → Chandratal / Batal (Seasonal) → Manali

(Chandratal accessible only from June–Sept)

Drive through the rough terrains of Spiti.
Visit Chandratal Lake (The Moon Lake) – crystal blue waters & dramatic mountains.
If Chandratal is closed, proceed via Batal directly to Manali.
Cross Kunzum Pass & Atal Tunnel.
Reach Manali & check-in.
Dinner & Overnight Stay in Manali.

Day 8: Manali → Delhi (Overnight Journey)

Breakfast & check-out.
Free time at Mall Road / local sightseeing if time permits.
Board Volvo/Traveler in the evening for Delhi.
Overnight travel.

Day 9: Arrival in Delhi – Tour Ends

Morning arrival in Delhi.
